Happy that you asked! Rent n Flaunt is a members only club providing access to big designer handbags and jewelry on a monthly membership. You can also access the privileges for 4 or 8 days with our one-time rental plans.

What is a subscription plan?

A subscription plan is a monthly rental plan. We have three plans and depending on your need, you can choose one of them. Once you choose a subscription plan, you’ll be able to pick products as per the plan you chose. Once the products are delivered, you can keep them with you for a month and use it as and when you want.

How long can I keep my item for?

As long as you're a subscribed customer, you can keep them for a maximum of one month period

How are handbags cleaned, including to prevent the spread of viruses such as COVID-19?

All of our handbags are diligently cleaned when they are returned to us. Our cleaning process are designed to kill all types of viruses. Based on current guidance, we have no reason to believe that our processes are ineffective against COVID-19. Our cleaning team uses a variety of techniques to ensure that each handbag is thoroughly cleaned, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged so that it arrives ready to be used. All handbags go through a UV light and ozone cleaning process. Due to the many different types of materials the handbags are made of we use this process to make sure that we are disinfecting effectively, while maintaining the integrity of the original materials used in each handbag.

How are jewelry cleaned and kept intact?

We use appropriate disinfectant to clean the jewelry pieces thoroughly. The pieces then undergo a quality inspection for the wear and tear or the replacement if broken.

How can I keep my handbag clean?

Rent n Flaunt recommends putting all liquids or anything that could stain the handbag such as: lipstick, gloss, pens, pencils, makeup, etc. in a separate small pouch inside the handbag to ensure no additional charges are incurred for damage once the handbag is returned.

How can I keep my jewelry clean?

It is the best practice recommended from Rent n Flaunt to remove your jewelry before washing your hands, taking shower or while applying hand or body lotion. Do not use alcohol to wipe gems as it can make it dingy and cloudy.

Why do I need a credit check?

Due to the high value of the handbags and jewelry that are being rented and because we are an online business our initial screening process has a number of checks in place to ensure we are renting to authorized customers. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. If you do not wish to have a credit check performed, please email our customer service and we can cancel your order.

When am I charged?

You'll be charged as soon as you place your order. Payment occurs per order. We have 4 days and 8 days rental which do not require subscription - just rent as you please!

What happens if I damage or lose an item?

Regular wear and tear is included in your monthly subscription. Irreplaceable damage, lost items, and theft aren't included. In those cases, you'll be charged upto total retail price.

Rent n Flaunt charges Rs. 250 as late fee after the end day of your rental.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free, both ways. We provide a prepaid shipping label and return bag with every order for you to send back your pieces.

What should I do if something in my order is missing or not what I expected?

We want to make your order as seamless and effortless as possible. If something went wrong with your order please email us at rentnflaunt@gmail.com and we'll get back to you right away to help you with your order.

How does the payments under subscription plan work?

Once you choose a plan and pick products, you'll be asked to checkout and make payment. As you would become a subscription member, subscription charges would be automatically deducted on the same date of every month unless you cancel it before the due date of every month.

How would I choose products every month?

The window to choose products would open after one month from the date of your previous purchase. Eg. If you make a purchase on 5th of August, your next selection window would open on 5th of September.

When do I need to return my package.

Once you choose and checkout the set of new products, you should return your existing products in Rent n flaunt box within 48 hours window.
